1. Definitions

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process requiring submission of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and other documentation to verify your identity and eligibility.
• "IDR" or "Rupiah" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency accepted on the luk4d platform for deposits, withdrawals, and wagering.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on luk4d, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use the luk4d platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. luk4d takes underage gambling seriously and will immediately close any account found to be operated by a minor, with deposited funds returned to the account holder's legal guardian.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

The luk4d platform is designed for players residing in Indonesia. You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and when accessing our services. We reserve the right to verify your location through IP address detection, device geolocation data, and other technical means. Players accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions may have their accounts suspended and balances forfeited.

3.3 Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the luk4d platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence. 3.4 Capacity and Authority

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You must use your own account—allowing third parties to access your account or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.

3.5 Single Account Requirement

You are permitted to register only one account on the luk4d platform. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") to abuse bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or engage in fraudulent activity is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create a luk4d account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national ID or KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Credentials

Upon registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, wagers, and account activity.

4.3 Account Security

You agree to notify luk4d immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, loss or theft of your login credentials, or any other security breach. luk4d is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) if available, using strong unique passwords, and never accessing your account from shared or public computers.

4.4 KYC Verification

luk4d operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements. You may be required to verify your identity at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests. Verification typically requires submission of a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian national ID (KTP), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID next to your face.

Verification requests must be fulfilled within 30 days. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. All submitted documents are securely encrypted and stored in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

4.5 Account Information Updates

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. You must deposit only funds that you legally own and have the right to transfer.

Deposits are processed automatically in most cases, with funds credited to your account within minutes. In some cases, manual verification may be required, which can extend processing time to 1-24 hours. luk4d does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-24 hours on business days, subject to KYC verification completion and compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. You may only withdraw funds to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for security and compliance reasons.

The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000, and the maximum per transaction is IDR 100,000,000. You may be required to wager deposited funds at least once (1x wagering requirement) before withdrawal eligibility to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

luk4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or irregular transaction patterns. Withdrawal privileges may be temporarily suspended if your account is under investigation for fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5.4 Payment Method Verification

For your first withdrawal, you must verify ownership of the bank account or e-wallet to which you are withdrawing. This typically requires uploading a bank statement or account screenshot showing your name and account number. This verification protects both you and luk4d from fraudulent withdrawal attempts.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

luk4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These terms are provided at the time of bonus activation and take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions in case of conflict.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered on eligible games before conversion to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the bonus terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

luk4d employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging on opposite outcomes in sports betting), colluding with other players, and exploiting technical glitches. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, confiscation of related winnings, and permanent account closure.

6.4 Bonus Forfeiture

luk4d reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void related winnings, and remove bonus funds from your account if you violate bonus terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or breach these Terms and Conditions. Bonuses are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

You agree to use the luk4d platform fairly and honestly. Prohibited activities include collusion with other players, using automated betting software or bots, exploiting software bugs or glitches, engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of cheating. luk4d employs sophisticated fraud detection systems, and suspicious activity is investigated thoroughly.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game offered on luk4d has specific rules regarding valid bets, payout structures, RTP (Return to Player) percentages, and gameplay mechanics. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering real money. 7.3 Technical Issues

In the event of technical malfunctions, disconnections, server errors, or game glitches, luk4d reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, the game outcome is determined by the server, and results are recorded in your account history.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luk4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to luk4d in the six months preceding the claim.

8.3 Third-Party Content

luk4d integrates games and services from third-party providers. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or performance of third-party games. Each game provider operates under their own terms and conditions. luk4d's liability is limited to facilitating access to these third-party services.

8.4 Force Majeure

luk4d is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, power outages, or equipment failures.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by Player

You may close your luk4d account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet after deducting any applicable fees or charges. Account closure is final and cannot be reversed. If you wish to play again in the future, you must register a new account.

9.2 Suspension by luk4d

luk4d reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account immediately without prior notice if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms and Conditions, bonus abuse, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other breach of our policies. During suspension, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or withdraw funds until the investigation is complete.

9.3 Termination by luk4d

luk4d may terminate your account and refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, providing false information during registration, abusive behavior toward staff, repeated bonus abuse, or engaging in illegal activity. Upon termination, luk4d may confiscate remaining balances if the termination is due to fraudulent activity or serious terms violations. In cases of termination without cause, your balance will be returned minus any active bonuses.

9.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. luk4d may charge an administrative fee of IDR 50,000 per month on dormant accounts with positive balances. To reactivate a dormant account, contact customer support. Accounts dormant for more than 24 months may be permanently closed, with remaining balances forfeited after reasonable attempts to contact you.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luk4d's international gaming license is issued. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the luk4d platform, you must first contact our customer support team via email or live chat, providing full details of the issue. We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, you may escalate the matter to our licensing authority's dispute resolution service.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against luk4d.

10.4 Time Limitation

Any claim or dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of the luk4d platform must be brought within one year from the date the cause of action arose. Claims not filed within this period are permanently barred.
